Some of my favorites

I have some favorites that I can spend an hour just to look at. Don't really know why but they are nice to look at.

You be the judge... would you do the right thing???

We have 18 dive schools on the island and I really hate one of them.
Two days ago I lost my fins at one of our most popular dive sites. Never fun to loose your personal stuff. In this case it wasn't good it was mine just because I was a little bit clumsy but, shit happens.

One day later I find out that one dive instructor found my fins on the first dive and that only because Jade our Divemaster was on their boat just that particular day. I was really happy of course because I really love that pair of fins.

So far so good.

Yesterday I found out that the wanker to Eco instructor that found them wanted 3000 baht in reward. I was speaking to another instructor in Eco divers and told him that he could tell the instructor to put them in a very dark place if he wanted so much money for my own fins.

BUT.... Was speaking to the Swe instructor again and he told me that he sold them the first day, MY FINS to a divemaster trainee. WHAT A FUCKING ASHOLE. He earn more or less the same amount of money and have the same expenses and he know also that is quite expensive fins. Only the strap cost me 2000 baht in Europe.

So that was the ending of this story....No no what do you think......

They also found a compass that one of our customers lost under an advanced course from our center and a dive computer that was lost under a rescue scenario that belongs to one of our instructors and they was all clerley markt with our initials SCDC. We called to the wankers and told them about the computer and exactley where to find it, so if they did find it, we thought that it is a normal collegial thing to be honest enough to return it (obviously we would give a reward of some kind)NOT.... Not that instructor..No no.... He is too "cool" for that and I hope he understand one day what he's doing and maybe he understand that instructors are colleges even if they work in another center, but again maybe he is to stupid to understand that too. We are all in the same industry, we all do it for the love of diving, we share the same passion but maybe some don't follow the same decency and and generally not being a DICK!

On top of everything, the owner of ECO DIVERS don't care about what happens.

I forth EKO DIVERS was a good center. So wrong it can be sometimes.

Wonderful day under water and bad on the boat

It was a very good day under water today. Around 20-30 meter of viss and lot's of fish. The Wale sharks is still hiding but hopefully they are coming soon.

Only really bad thing was that I lost my fins today. Both of them. Had them on the boat and they fell over board when the boat was still running. Well well, shit happens.

Was atleast nice to be in the water again.

Dinner time

Yesterday was a good and funny day. We went to Nid's kitchen for dinner. We was suppose to go to Roland's ( another restaurant that have free food on Saturdays) but we where to late like usual so we ended up there. After a good meal and a couple of beers we went to another place and some of us got just a little to much to drink ( not me).
I was speaking about Nid before and now you can see a picture of him and his wife. A nice guy. Everybody rent their bikes from him.

I'm here

People ask me how I live down here and I don't thing I said anything about it.
Well I live in a normal one room flat without kitchen. One luxury thing I have is hot water in the shower. Only me in the hole center how have that.

Only problem I have down here is my bike. It's broken every second week so I need to change it every time. The guy I rent it from is an Bob Marley fan and an excellent chef but now so good to take care of bikes maybe but but, it's not expensive to rent it from him and it's never any problems when I'm coming back to repair it.

Where

Where is all the tourists. They are just gone. Nothing to do down here for the moment and it's not just us. It's total 16 centers here and everybody had came the hole week so something need to happened soon.

Maybe going for a elephant tracking this afternoon just to have something to do.
Going to put on some pictures if I do so...

Bored but nice

It's not so much to do here for the moment. Boring but in the same way nice to be able to be on the beach and just take some sun.
I mate go for a party tonight but the only problem is that I know how it's going to end. Between 7 and 9 tomorrow morning and the hole day is destroyed. Don't know if it's worth that today. let's see. Going to start to eat something at least.

Danger

Everybody is always so nervous to eat the food down here, take on dogs and so on so on.Then they renting a bike and driving like hell after been drinking 8-10 beer and no helmet.
Now we can speak about danger. It's accidents here every day, mostly with only brushes and broken arms but some very serious too.
Our DM trainee Michi had that experience last night when he crashed with his bike, and he was sober and was driving around 60 km.

The bikes going around 120 km and the roads are so small that it's impossible to drive a normal bus here. If you drive around 80 people passing you on both sides. On top of everything you need to drive on the left side.......

Visa run

So my first extension for my visa is dun. My friend and bar owner of Jalla Jalla Petra was also going so I got nice company the hole way.
We took the bike to the ferry and and a taxi on the mainland to the extension office. When everything was dun, we took a new taxi to trat and was making some shopping and got something to eat.
Was thinking to eat in KFC but the chicken was end. Hmmm. Thailand......

Was back again on the island around three and the live was back to normal again.

My ear start to be better now so I can maby start to dive soon. Yeah.

Got a very nice tip from a swedish guy yesterday by the way.

Hurts

Just got an ear infection in my right ear. Hurts like hell. Was starting couple of days ago but smart as I am I didn't stop diving. So now I'm sitting in the office and can't dive at all.

Well well. Nothing to do about it. Don't cry over spilled milk.

Was in the beach last night and took a drink with a friend and I just want to show you what we see every night here. It's nice so it hurt too.....
