I need to start to whrite in my blog again I thing. Don't have time right now so I give a short message.

Everything is good here and it's 32c and sunny every day. Lot's of party and the dive crew is a good gang even this year.

It's a week now by my self. Cornelia left the island one week ago. It's a really fun time down here but hope the time is going fast so I can see her soon.
The most horrible thing is the time difference. When I need to sleep is she just home from work and ready to skype. Hopefully different today. Saturday and she is off so it's going to be free food like every saturday and them home and hopefully skype.

Back at Koh Chang

Finelly back on the island again. Been fixing a new place to stay this year. Loooots of steps to get to it so I wonder what I'm going to say that morning when I'm stressed and am downstairs and realized that I forgot something. Never forget anything in my life before,so it's not going to happen anyway.

Been at the waterfall today and it was really nice. Took a romantic swim.

Off now for some BBQ and a beer or two with the divecenter.

Rent a bike

To rent a bike in Phuket costs:

The rent of it 150 baht per day (after some dealing) total 450 baht

Petrol 180 baht

Flat back tire 120+500 for work (tip to the nice guy included)

Fine for no driving license 300 baht

three hours extra rent 100 baht

Total 1650 baht

Awesome ide to rent it. Wonder what it cost to rent a car down there.

Diveday in Phuket

Was off for an diving today. Nice to be in the water again. Three dives in total and got some fun stuff like a nice wreck and some other stuff but not anything special that we don't have at Koh Chang.

We lost our divemaster in the third dive but don't think he missed us so much so we ended the dive by our self.

Out for a pizza now and off to Bangkok tomorrow afternoon. Let's see where we are hedding after that. How know's.

Phuket/Patong

We arrived in the middle of the night at rainy Phuket. Checked out the area a bit and prepared ourselves for a rainy next day. To discribe Phuket in a few words only: it is Bangkok with a beach. We are happy that we didn't book more than 4 days.

We were on a dive-shop-tour today and found a 100 meter road with 23 dive shops and we are not going to dive with any of them. We booked some diving for tomorrow and are looking forward to finally feel the water from the ocean again instead of feeling the water from the sky.

A temple day

We spent our last day in Chiang Mai with a little bit culture. We were checking out several temples and finished our day at the from us highly recommendended Sunday Night Market which was very close to our guesthouse.

Province Chiang Mai

We were heading up to Chiang Rai. Had a few stops on the way and discovered a few sights´, like the following ...






and today we have been to the botanic gardens, but you are not going to see any pictures as it was the wrong season for it. afterwards Conny and me started to miss Kimmy (her cat) and Flisa (my father's cat), so we decided to cuddle little kitty cats ...

Chiang Mai

Yesterday was a day of travelling from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Checked in to a very nice Guesthouse "Baan Nud Kun" (highly recommended from me). I was so crazy to rent a car for 3 days and until now we survied the first day without one scratch on our brand new car. First trip was up north with a stop at a beautiful waterfall.
We were using the GPS for a while, but gave up on it, when the directions were indicating to no roads ... our brand new car was not buildet for that ... so we were better off without it. We managed to find the Hot Springs anyway.



The water had unbelievable 42 degrees celsius ... that was cooling down a lot!

Back in Bangkok

Back again in Thailand and Bangkok. Estimated time of departure from Arlanda to Frankfurt: 19.15, estimated time of departure from Frakfurt to Bangkok: 22.45! Time of arrival in Frankfurt: 22.50! ... I still made it, my luggage didn't.

Arrived in Bangkok with 35 degrees (don't be jealous now) and cloudy (now you know why you dont't have to be jealous). Checked in into an awesome hotel and ... had a nice start of the holiday.

Checked out Bangkok today (that was hot) ... (really hot) ... and didn't really like it, but let's see how I am going to like Chiang Mai tomorrow ... Had an awesome guide/tuc-tuc driver/translater which was making life so much easier for Cornelia and me.

Six days

Six days until it's time to leave the cold Sweden and go to Bangkok.
Going to meet Cornelia in Frankfurt and then we go together to Thailand.
We was thinking to go to Vietnam but because problem with visa, we desided to stay in Thailand and rent a car and go to Chang mai in the north.
We have no ide what we are going to do the rest of the time but I'm going to hold my blog up to date.

Start to work in the divecenter around 10/11 again and it's going to be very nice to hit the water again.
Other way I don't like it at all because I also leave Cornelia for three months.

I know we fix it anyway.

Whrite maybe something more before I leave. How knows.

40 days

Now it's 40 days until it's time to jump on the flight down ro Frankfurt and then give Cornelia à big hug and fly to Bangkok.
Really looking forward to that right now. Sitting in a rainy Uppsala and waiting for my group.
Hopefully going tondo some diving this weekend so I can come back in it again.

Back again

So....have now decided to start my blog again.
Going to fly to bangkok 23/10 with Cornelia, and go from there to Vietnam for two weeks. After that it´s Koh Chang and Thailand on the scedrule again.

Are in Connys place in Scoul for the moment and flying home in the afternoon. Been an awesome weekend with nice hotel in Zurich, hikeing in the mountain and lots of fun.

Heeding back to work at Stockholmsbuss for some weeks and hopefully save some money.

Scuol.....Switzerland

Finaly I'm in Europe. So so nice. Had so much problem in the airport in Bangkok. In the end I took a flight to Zurich just to go away from Thailand. Well not really true. Have my wonderful girlfriend in Scuol. A small village in Switzerland up in the mountain.




Really beautiful up here and it's so different to Thailand.
Had a wonderful walk around the area today and I was able to walk in the snow. Not dun that this year.
Going to Sweden on friday and start to work saturday so now it's end of the fun time.
It's going to be really nice to start drive bus again. Really looking forward to that.

Hope

So once again in a hotel waiting for my transport to the airport to know if I can go to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Vienna or Zurich. Just want to leave this city now and go to at least Europe.
I don't care where I'm going. Just want to leave. Start to be a bit frustrated on this shit.
It's so boring just to wait, wait and wait.

In the same time, I hear lots of shouting from firearms and some kind of bombs from the center of Bangkok. My hotel is more or less 3km from there. If some tourists is going to injured, don't feel sorry for them. If they are so stupid, they have them self to blame. It's lots of information that says not to go there.

Wish me good luck and I really hope I can go to Stockholm or Zurich.

waiting

Start to be really tired of the waiting in the airport now. Going for day 4 now and have at least a a change to take a flight to Zurich. It's just hope. Can't do anything else.
I'm really pissed at the airlines but in the same way not, I mean I know it's not there fault and they are really trying to get people home in one way or another.


It was very nice to see a familiar face Michi in the airport. Took the last Chang beer for this season and the most expensive one. But still nice.



Sitting in my hotel room right now and just waiting. 4 hours more and then it's time to go to the wonderful airport again. Hope is the only thing I have right now.




Can't go to the center of Bangkok eather beacouse the shit that happend there. I mean it's not an opton when they shooting granates on turists.

Can just say ....... Bangkok sucks for the moment.

Home

So I'm sitting in the dive center and trying to get some information about my flight home. Nobody knows anything and I can understand it in one way but they can at least answer a mail or put out some information on their homepage so we have a Cloe how to do. I have no idea if I'm going up to Bangkok tomorrow or if I sculled stay some more days. Really want to go home now.....

Song Kran

So now is Song Kran findelly over. It's the Thai New year and means water war and beer drinking for three days. One of the absolut funniest party I ever been in. Everybody on the hole island was in it and was playing the game.

It's only five days left in Thailand and I'm leaving Koh Chang in 2 or three days. Don't know yet. Lets see what's going to happens. Know I had a really funny time here and want to come back for next season but it's far away and lots of stuff can come in the way so it's just wait and see.
